Together, we spend time on our mats moving through a practice that is safe both physically and emotionally. Movement clears the path for introspection, grounding, healing, awareness and intention. 

Yoga, at it’s foundation, is the union of breath and body. It is the bridge leading back to our authentic selves. Yoga beckons us to be present both physically and mentally. It is a practice that we show up for when we are tired, emotionally spent, and physically taxed. Asana, when connected with breath becomes a moving meditation that creates a stillness in our minds so that we experience clarity, presence and peace.

The Path™ is a weekly observance and practice of radical self-care. {Radical because the person we are showing up for is OURSELVES)

We create sacred space for introspection, stillness, connection, growth and self-discovery. We show up; amidst life’s tornadoes, when we are too busy and especially when we don’t want to.

We do this not just for ourselves but each other. Your pain is our pain.  Your joy is our joy.  Your healing is our healing. 

When we practice authenticity, awareness, honesty and vulnerability, it gives others permission to do the same. We do it together.

Our lives are better when our insides match our outsides. 

Each week we uncover and discover something about ourselves by discussing and getting curious about different topics; boundaries, permission, emotional intelligence, frustration tolerance, emotional agility, self-compassion, awareness, gratitude, resilience, grit, joy and more. Each session has seven different topics and no session is ever the same.

Yoga, Connection, Conversation, Journaling, Breathing, Art Therapy, and Meditation lead us toward a path of peace, dignity, hope and grace; not only for ourselves but also for our families, colleagues, friends and extended community.
